Getting here
From the South: From the A14, travel north towards Bury St Edmunds and leave the A14 at junction 49 following signs for Stowmarket, Haughley and Wetherden on the A1308. As you exit the A14, take the 2nd exit going over the A14 to a second roundabout. At this roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Tot Hill towards Haughley and Bacton.
From the North: From the A14, travel south towards Stowmarket and Ipswich and leave the A14 at junction 49 following signs for Stowmarket, Haughley and Bacton on the A1308. As you exit the A14, take the 1st exit at the roundabout onto Tot Hill towards Haughley and Bacton.
After half a mile, take a right turn onto Fishponds Way and follow this road for around half a mile into Haughley village. At this stage, the road becomes more residential. As you go into the village, take a right turn onto Station Road (just before the Co-Op on your left-hand side), signposted Old Newton, Mendlesham and Debenham. Follow Station Road for a mile and a half into the village of Old Newton. At the crossroads, where you see The Mandarin Chinese takeaway in front of you, continue across the crossroads, onto Church Road. The Copper Fields development is situated on the right-hand side after a quarter of a mile.
