Terms & Conditions
- Valid on selected developments and plots only, subject to availability and applicable on new reservations only.
- This offer may require reservation and exchange to have taken place by particular dates (though please note this does not affect your statutory rights or rights conferred by the New Homes Quality Code – please see below), which may vary for different plots.
- The deposit contribution we agree to make will be up to a maximum of 5% of the purchase price of the plot you chose to buy, inclusive of any other incentives. The deposit contribution amount varies by plot and may be less than 5%.
- The contribution will be a one-off deduction from the plot purchase completion statement. No cash payments will be paid directly to purchasers, whether individual or joint.
- Other costs (including but not limited to) solicitor’s fees, stamp duty and moving costs will apply and be payable by you.
- All purchases are subject to lender criteria, qualification, and acceptance of cash incentives. This offer may not be accepted by some lenders or may lead to refusal to provide a mortgage based on your circumstances.
- The contribution we agree to make will be agreed prior to reservation with our Sales Executive.
- This offer cannot
- be applied to existing reservations.
- be applied in conjunction with any other offers or selling schemes.
- be applied to Buy to Let Properties.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or alter the terms of this offer at any time prior to payment of a reservation fee.
- This offer does not affect your statutory rights or any rights conferred by the New Homes Quality Code and in particular the 14-day cooling off period is unaffected and continues to apply.
