The National Museum of the Royal Navy sits at the heart of this, with the fully restored HMS Trincomalee taking pride of place. 

There’s a vibrant and growing arts and culture scene in the town too. Walk around the town and you get a feel for its creative flair. And when you’ve done that, there are lots of great places to eat, drink and catch up with friends.
