The development is served by two main coastal routes at either end of the development off Field Lane. The A165 and A171 connects as far North as Middlesborough via Whitby and South to Filey and Bridlington before ending in the City of Hull. The A170 and A64 are within easy reach for commuting to Pickering, Thirsk, Malton and York. Scarborough Train Station can be reached within 10 minutes.

On the approach into Scarborough, follow the A171 Whitby and Scalby. Continue for 2 miles passing Scarborough General Hospital and turn right onto Station Road after the Community Hall and tennis courts. Continue forward and take the second exit at the roundabout onto Mill Way. Millfields Park is at the end of this road.
FROM A165 BRIDLINGTON AND FILEY
Continue North on the A165 into Scarborough, passing Peasholm Park and Alpamare Waterpark. After Scalby Manor, turn left onto Field Lane. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Mill Way, Millfields Park is at the end of this road.
FROM A171 WHITBY
Head South along the A171 towards Scarborough. At Burniston, turn left onto the A165 Coastal Road. Continue for 1.5 miles before turning right onto Field Lane. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Mill Way, Millfields Park is at the end of this road.
