Housebuilder launches flagship development in Leyland
Following the launch of its three new showhomes and sales office, national homebuilder, Keepmoat Homes is now welcoming the public onto its £100m site in Leyland.
Comprising of 520 homes when complete, Farington Mews will boast two-, three- and four-bedroom homes each thoughtfully designed, offering additional space to facilitate a modern work/life balance. 96 of the homes will be made affordable which will be delivered in partnership with Onward Homes.
Phase 1 is well underway and will consist of 308 new homes, with properties on sale and three showhomes; The Neston, The Danbury and The Bamburgh now available to be viewed by the public either on site or virtually on Keepmoat Homes’ website.
Located on the north-west edge of the small town of Leyland, Farington Mews is surrounded by green open countryside of the great Lancashire landscape, with great amenities nearby along with transport links to Preston, Manchester, Liverpool, and Southport.
In addition to the new homes, Keepmoat Homes has signed up to be a cornerstone employer in the area and has pledged to help build sustainable futures for young people by offering apprentices and work experience placements, as well as supporting local schools and colleges with careers information, advice and guidance throughout the lifetime of the project.
