Part of the Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council's strategic housing and employment allocation, the new homes are being delivered with the council to form the adopted Borough Plan which focuses on economic, social and environmental issues and looks for ways to create cohesive and sustainable communities. The housebuilder also consulted with local residents and Councillors, and engaged in talks with the local Resident's Association.
The sustainability credentials of the development includes an area of open space with an attenuation pond at the southern end of the site and all the new homes will include EV charges and solar panels. The housebuilder will also provide funding to the Borough Council to improve a number of local parks, as well as sport and recreation facilities.

Exhall Meadow will expand on the housing development currently under construction at Exhall Gardens, on School Lane, which is delivering 125 new homes and creating a thriving new community in this part of Warwickshire.
