What attracted you to Keepmoat?

There was character within each style of house and then coming and then coming into the property, you can tell its quality. What do you love about your new Keepmoat home?

Even now, Dr. Jivan finds it hard to believe that she owns her beautiful new home. For her, it’s not just about the space, it’s about the freedom to make it her own. A new home offers a blank canvas, and Dr. Jivan has embraced that flexibility to style and arrange her space exactly how she wants.

“I never imagined I would own it, to be honest. I still can't believe it when I look around. The things I loved at the beginning, I still do. The spaciousness, when moving my furniture around is great, there's always space to do that. Whereas I remember always struggling with where the sockets have been placed and everything here is well thought out. There's that flexibility to change things up.”

Have you noticed the benefits of the energy-saving features in your new home?

Dr. Jivan has already experienced the benefits of Keepmoat’s energy-efficient features, especially during the colder months.

“We've been through a winter now. The radiators run on a lower ambient temperature, so the house retains its heat. We don't have to keep turning the radiator on as high. Also, the solar panels that came with the home are great. It’s definitely a lot more efficient.”
