Largest Regeneration Project in Scotland Opens to the Public
For the first time, prospective homebuyers in Glasgow will now be able to step foot onto one of the largest development schemes of its kind in the UK.
Following the launch of two newly built showhomes and an on-site sales office, national housebuilder Keepmoat Homes is now welcoming the public on site to visit the £250m regeneration project, located a mile north of Glasgow city centre, enabling homebuyers to visualise what life will be like living at this ground-breaking development.
Comprising of over 800 energy-efficient homes when complete, the NorthBridge development will feature an exclusive range of bespoke two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom homes and one- and two-bedroom apartments. All properties at NorthBridge have a dedicated home-working space, to facilitate a modern work/life balance, and are equipped with Solar PV Panels for optimal energy efficiency.
The sales centre features a mural which celebrates key attractions and landscapes across Glasgow, created by Scotland-based Spectrum Arts and is designed to enhance NorthBridge’s link with Glasgow city centre via the iconic garden bridge walkway which was installed across the M8 motorway earlier this month.

As part of their commitment to the local community, Keepmoat Homes has made long-term commitments to benefit the surrounding community including training, employment and engagement programmes to be delivered throughout the lifetime of the project. As part of this, Keepmoat Homes has partnered with Morgan Sindall, Glasgow Kelvin College, Tigers Training and Sibbald Training to create Build North Glasgow, a consortium offering training to 180 participants, including 90 ex-military staff, to kick-start their career in construction. Build North Glasgow received £1.2m funding from CITB in order to deliver the programmes.
