Keepmoat hires eight new managers to support land portfolio growth in the North West.
Following significant growth to its regional land portfolio, Keepmoat has strengthened its North West site management team with eight new hires.
With seven new sites due to break ground next year and four more progressing through the planning process across the region, the suite of new site managers have joined the team to support this pipeline.
The new appointments include Callum Belshaw, Steve Pellow and David Clifford in Leyland, Adam Labno in Widnes, Sadeem Khan in Manchester, Mike Hinchliffe in Runcorn and Ellis Mellor and Ryan Cropley joining the team in Blackburn.

The cohort of new hires will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Keepmoat developments across the North West, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and to high quality.
Their roles will also include managing site teams and contractors, coordinating schedules, resources, driving productivity and ensuring compliance across health and safety and building regulations.
