Keepmoat celebrates successful transformation of disused land in Stoke-on-Trent

We are celebrating the completion of our Hollington Grange development on Biddulph Road in Stoke-on-Trent which saw 10.7 acres of land transformed into a vibrant, new community.
Start on site was around three years ago, working to regenerate the disused land and an abandoned sports ground into 157 high-quality homes, including 59 affordable homes in partnership with local housing association Aspire Housing and Stoke-on-Trent City Council.
Hollington Grange is now a thriving community featuring a range of three- and four-bedroom homes available through open market sales, shared ownership, and affordable rent schemes.
Peter Barlow, North West Managing Director at Keepmoat, said: “We are delighted to see the Hollington Grange development come to life. The feedback from the community has been brilliant, and we’re thrilled that this new neighbourhood is providing high-quality, affordable homes for young families, first-time buyers, and downsizers.
“Throughout the construction process, we’ve worked closely with the community and local colleges, creating jobs and supporting local people and students. At Keepmoat, we aim to build more than homes, we strive to regenerate areas sustainably and create communities where people want to live.”
The Hollington Grange estate is placed conveniently, near local amenities and includes a children’s play area.
Councillor Chris Robinson, cabinet member for housing and planning at Stoke-on-Trent City Council, added: “It’s great to see that a site that has been redundant for many years has been given a new lease of life as a housing development for young families and first-time buyers. As a council, we have a responsibility to make sure that all our residents can live in decent, safe and warm homes, so it’s great that we’ve had some positive feedback from residents who are already settling into homes on the site.”
