Keepmoat begins regeneration project at disused land in Nottingham
Keepmoat is working to deliver 90 luxury new homes as part of a £15m investment set to transform abandoned brownfield land in West Bridgford.
The housebuilder acquired the site off Wilford Lane, which formerly housed a disused restaurant and rifle range, in 2020 and subsequently secured planning to regenerate the land in September last year.
The site, which saw a showhome launch this summer, will deliver an enhanced specification of energy efficient homes - a new type of offering for the housebuilder, which typically creates homes perfect for first-time-buyers.
The exclusive development will feature one and two bedroom apartments, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes across luxury plots, set with stylish finishes to add to the emerging suburbs within the area. Within close proximity to Nottingham Castle, Robin Hood landmarks and the River Trent, the homes will include EV chargers, solar panels, enhanced insulation and much more to give homeowners energy efficient living.
