Hull Humber Street Sesh Festival
Keepmoat recently supported the Humber Street Sesh, a major music festival based in Hull that provides a platform for up-and-coming local talent and gives an opportunity for everyone in the area to celebrate what is great about Hull. With over 100 acts, art installations, street performances, and a variety of activities, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.
As a long-standing partner with Hull City Council, our Yorkshire East region know the importance of supporting the local area with major events that showcase the city and continue to support this event due to its impact on the community. The sesh is a fun relaxed day where people from across the region and the UK can come have fun and listen to some great music, showcasing Hull as a great place to live, work and play.
Music, Art and Activities
The festival showcases a diverse lineup of musical talent, featuring both regional emerging artists and critically acclaimed bands from further afield. The Keepmoat-sponsored Silent Disco and the BBC Music Introducing Stage are just a few of the highlights that provide a non-stop entertainment experience throughout the day.
Attendees enjoyed a variety of art installations and live graffiti, along with street performers, including flash mobs and the Kingston Swing Lindy Hop. Our teams supported the Scrap Store, a local charity that promotes creativity and sustainability through the reuse of materials. By supporting the Creative Arts Marquee, we help provide a space where children can explore their artistic talents and learn about the importance of recycling. This partnership aligns with our commitment to fostering community engagement and environmental responsibility.
