Beeston Canalside showhome kitted out with high street brands unveiled

A colourful, new showhome designed using affordable high street brands has been unveiled at our Beeston Canalside development in Nottingham.
We have worked with Oakham-based interior designers DECO ID to create the unique showhome which is kitted with affordable high street retailers including Dunelm, Zara Home, IKEA and H&M Home.
Designed to provide an accessible guide on how to create a fun and colourful home for buyers in the Nottingham area, all interior elements of the two bedroom, one bathroom showhome have been sourced from high street retailers within a 30 minute drive of Beeston.
The home features vibrant colours and maximalism elements, as well as pieces from collaborations with designers, such as Eleanor Bowmer and Dunelm X Sophie Robinson, to create a bright and chic interior.
Displaying an attainable aesthetic residents could recreate, highlights include a Dunelm scallop edge rug, Julien Bowen dining chairs, and Next leopard print lampshade.
At the launch event on Saturday 07th June, more than 70 visitors enjoyed the opportunity to tour the two bedroom Fairham showhome.
The multi-million pound site will deliver new energy efficient and affordable homes, transforming the disused brownfield land. The large-scale regeneration project will deliver 604 high quality, multi-tenure new homes, with construction due to complete in 2029.
Philippa Stewart, Sales Director at Keepmoat East Midlands, said: “We are pleased to unveil our latest show home at Beeston Canalside and welcome potential buyers to the development. The launch was an incredible opportunity to meet members of the community looking to purchase a new home and demonstrate the vast potential a new build offers.
“The home has been designed to be fun and colourful, providing inspiration for young buyers and has been kitted out with achievable and affordable products. The show home proves that you can have a designer look on a budget, with colour and humour at the core of the design.”
Tris Evans, Business Director at DECO ID, added: "We truly enjoyed creating a fun and colourful space that showcases modern living. All the products and furnishings we selected were sourced from local retailers, which was crucial for creating a home that residents could easily replicate."
Beeston Canalside will offer a range of two, three and four bedroom homes surrounded by green spaces and scenic walkways. Aimed at first time buyers and families, the development offers a range of amenities and is just minutes from Beeston town centre.
