Keepmoat Homes Northwest recently attended a career fair held at Haydock race park, coordinated by Haydock race park and Home Builder Federation.
The Careers fair, held in the Jubilee Suite at Haydock race park, hosted an array of House builders from across the region who spent the morning speaking to young aspiring builders from local schools and colleges, who are keen to explore this career route.
Keepmoat Homes Social Value Manager Julie Baker and Head of Land and Partnerships, Andy Smith hosted a stand with a fun activity and a raft of information for the students to take away.
After a morning advising young people of the career paths in house building, job opportunities, and the benefits of working in this industry the various companies joined colleagues and partners for an afternoon of networking and racing.
It was great to see the young people engaging with the variety of homebuilders that turned up to support the event, asking lots of questions and taking part in the many fun activities available on the stands.
