The Keepmoat Homes Marketing Communications Policy, which supplements our Website Privacy Policy, applies to any and all marketing communications that we may send to you (such as but not exclusively; Email, SMS, Direct Mail, Social Media, Telephone, Web Chat).
You have the right, at any time, to ask us not to process your Personal Information for marketing purposes.
When we do ask you to provide us with information, it may be done online via our Website, other on-line mediums (such as email, social media etc) manually in paper form or on the telephone direct with one of our customer service or sales advisory team.
From time to time, Keepmoat Homes may also purchase general data that is available in the regulated UK data services industry regarding individuals within specific geographic areas (for example to advertise or market a new housing development being built by Keepmoat Homes). This data may include all or some of person’s name, address, telephone number and email. Please note, that at all times in these circumstances, Keepmoat Homes will adhere to the UK data regulations, including not contacting anybody by telephone who is registered on the Telephone Preference Service, unless that individual has specifically opted-in to be contacted by Keepmoat Homes.

Please note it can take up to 30 days for a request to be fulfilled because of pre-planned or ongoing marketing activity.
