Keepmoat Community Fund
Building Stronger Communities Together
Keepmoat is one of the UK’s leading partnership homebuilders, delivering high-quality, affordable homes and creating places where communities can thrive.
At the heart of Keepmoat’s vision is a simple promise: to work alongside local people and partners to create thriving, resilient and inclusive communities. We believe strong communities are built through partnership, opportunity and investment, which is why we work closely with local authorities, housing associations and community organisations to create lasting social value.
Through initiatives that support local employment, skills development, community activities and environmental improvements, we invest in creating stronger, more resilient neighbourhoods. We are also committed to supporting local charities, community groups and organisations delivering projects that make a positive difference in the communities where we work.
The Keepmoat Community Fund is one of the ways we bring this promise to life.

The Keepmoat Community Fund
Through the Keepmoat Community Fund, we provide grants of £250–£2,000 to support local charities, community groups and organisations delivering projects that make a positive difference in the communities where we work.
Whether it's improving local spaces, supporting residents, creating opportunities for young people or bringing communities together, we're committed to helping projects that create lasting impact.
Funding applications are reviewed three times a year by the Keepmoat Charity Committee.
Our Charity Partner: Magic Breakfast
Keepmoat is proud to partner with Magic Breakfast, a national charity tackling child hunger by providing free, nutritious breakfasts to children and young people across the UK.
As a business, we are aiming to raise £250,000 over three years, helping ensure more children start the school day ready to learn and succeed. Through fundraising, volunteering and school engagement activities, colleagues across Keepmoat are supporting Magic Breakfast's mission to remove hunger as a barrier to education.
Because building stronger communities starts with supporting the people who live in them.

Next funding round closes: 31st July 2026
