Keepmoat Captures Competition
By entering this competition, entrants agree to the following terms and conditions.
The competition is promoted by Keepmoat Homes Limited ("Keepmoat"). The competition will run from 9:00am on 23rd July 2026 until 5:00pm on 28th September 2026. Entries submitted outside of this period will not be valid.
Only one entry per person is permitted. The competition is open to UK residents aged 16 and over. Keepmoat employees involved in the administration of the competition are expressly excluded. If you are under 18 years of age, you confirm that your parent or legal guardian has consented to your entry into the competition and to these terms and conditions.
No purchase is necessary to enter. To take part, entrants must submit their entry via the designated email address provide their first name, surname, email address, development name and photograph. Entries must be completed in full to be valid.
There will be a first, second and third prize of one £300, £200 and £100 Amazon voucher respectively. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.
Valid submissions must be photographs taken on, or clearly related to, a Keepmoat development. Photographs must feature nature, biodiversity, wildlife, planting, green spaces, landscape features, sustainable drainage systems, trees, flowers, birds, insects or other natural features. Entries must be original, taken by the entrant and must not be taken in restricted, prohibited or unsafe areas.
If any identifiable individual appears in a photograph, the entrant confirms that they have obtained that individual's consent (or the consent of a parent or guardian where the individual is under 18) for the photograph to be entered into the competition and used by Keepmoat in accordance with these terms and conditions. Evidence of such consent shall be provided to Keepmoat on request. Photographs must not depict children in a manner that could reasonably compromise their privacy, safety or welfare.
Entrants warrant that their submission is their own work, that they own the copyright in the photograph and that the submission does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of any third party. AI-generated or AI-manipulated images are not permitted and will be disqualified. Winners will be selected by a judging panel appointed by Keepmoat based on the quality, creativity and relevance of the photograph to the competition theme. The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
Prize winners will be contacted using the email address provided within seven days of the competition closing date. If a prize winner does not respond within seven days of being contacted, Keepmoat reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Keepmoat may make available the surname and county of residence of prize winners following the closing date. Entrants who object to this should notify Keepmoat at the time of entry, although Keepmoat may still be required to provide information to regulators if requested.
Personal data provided will be used solely for the purposes of administering the competition, including verifying eligibility, preventing duplicate entries and contacting prize winners and, where applicable, publishing and using winning entries in accordance with these terms. Entry into the competition is not conditional on opting into marketing communications. All personal data will be processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation and Keepmoat's Privacy Policy, available at Keepmoat Privacy Policy. Data may be processed by service providers acting on Keepmoat's behalf for competition administration purposes but will not be used for unrelated third-party marketing.
Prize winners may be featured in Keepmoat's internal and external communications, including social media, websites, annual reports and other promotional materials. By entering the competition, entrants agree that, if selected as a prize winner, Keepmoat may publish their first name, development name and winning photograph.
Entrants retain ownership of their photographs but grant Keepmoat a perpetual, non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish, adapt, distribute and display the submission for Keepmoat’s business, marketing, publicity, reporting and promotional purposes.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to this, Keepmoat shall not be liable for any loss, damage or disappointment suffered by an entrant arising out of or in connection with the competition or any prize.
Keepmoat reserves the right to reject or remove any entry that it considers inappropriate, offensive, unlawful, misleading, unsafe or otherwise contrary to these terms and conditions.
Keepmoat reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, submits multiple entries contrary to these terms, provides false information or otherwise seeks to gain an unfair advantage.
Keepmoat reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
