All the families with children have kids who know each other, and there hasn’t been a day that we’ve been here that they haven’t been outside either on their bikes and scooters or playing football. It’s a really nice feeling to be fair,” Emily noted.

Their advice to others considering buying a home? “If you can buy a house, do it. Don’t think ‘I’m not sure’ or rent and then start renting, because rent is about as much as you are going to pay for a mortgage at the moment.” James advised.
