Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive to join our Yorkshire West region, based from our Oaklands Development (HX2 8LX) in Halifax. You can find out more about the development here.
As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, working Thursday to Monday to deliver an exceptional experience for every customer and prospective buyer. You'll play a key role in driving sales performance and achieving financial targets across your allocated development, while creating memorable experiences that turn customers into Keepmoat advocates.
From the first enquiry through to completion, you'll guide customers confidently through the home-buying process, both face-to-face at the sales complex and through telephone and email communications. You'll build strong relationships, keep customers informed of the latest promotions, provide regular updates on their new home and purchase progression, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding customer service. You'll also manage follow-up activity effectively, responding promptly and professionally to any customer queries or concerns.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you'll help maximise every sales opportunity, converting enquiries into reservations and securing deposits in line with company guidelines. You'll collaborate with key external partners, including banks, solicitors and estate agents, ensuring each sale progresses smoothly and efficiently through to completion.
In addition, you'll take pride in presenting our developments to the highest standard. This includes opening and maintaining the show home, ensuring the Sales Information Centre, show homes and surrounding landscaping are always beautifully presented, with excellent signage, cleanliness and attention to detail that creates a lasting first impression.
