The Hub
This will be the first site to start with the construction of a brand new shopping parade for Worsley Mesnes. Located next to the school and opposite the site of the existing shops and former public house.
Retail units will be provided with car parking for customers and a service yard accessed from Cornwallis Ave.
The Drive
The site opposite the existing shops will provide a new shopping parade. The shops and remaining buildings on this site will be demolished and the site redeveloped for 58 quality new homes. There will be 6 x 2 bed houses, 45 x 3 bed houses, 7 x 4 bed houses.
The Place
Site to be redeveloped for 40 new homes, 8 of which will be 2 1/2 storey homes, of which there will be 13 x 2 Bed homes and 27 x 3 Bed homes. 14 of these homes are for affordable rent, rent to buy or shared ownership.
Huxley Green
The site is to be developed for 43 new homes set around public open space. The layout has been designed to retain as many trees as possible and where trees are to be removed they will be replaced elsewhere on site. There will be 14 x 2 bed houses and 29 x 3 bed houses
Victoria Fields
Redevelopment of the site to provide 24 new two storey homes and 4 2 1/2 storey homes. There will be new tree planting through-out the site, including tree lined streets. All properties have private off-street car parking.
This development will offer 6 x 2 bed houses, 22 x 3 bed houses. All 28 homes will be offered for affordable rent, rent to buy or shared ownership.
