Keepmoat’s Social Value Manager, Julie Baker, recently supported Rebuild with Hope with their mock interviews day for candidates they are supporting, held at their offices.
Rebuild with hope are an organisation that work with individuals with multiple barriers to employment such as ex-offenders, homeless, refugees, ex-services veterans, asylum seekers etc. They provide direct employment both full and part time as well as providing training opportunities.
Julie delivered mock interviews to three candidates being supported by Rebuild with hope whilst on temporary licence. At the end of the interview Julie provided feedback to help them refine their interview skills, whilst receiving honest, constructive feedback and instructions.
Mock interviews are a great for helping people of all ages learn how to answer difficult questions, develop interview strategies, and improve their communication skills. The candidates left armed with hints and tips for their next interview.
