Local area

One of the great reasons to call Liberty Rise home has to be its great location. It places you within walking distance of all those everyday amenities that mean so much. These include a Morrisons Daily, Aldi and Asda, as well as a local medical surgery, shops and takeaways in nearby Marfleet Lane. You can also head into Hull city centre, and before you know it be you’ll be taking in the seemingly endless choice of high street shops, restaurants, bars and entertainment.    
Life at Liberty Rise also offers families a superb choice of schools for kids from tots to teens, with each one rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. For younger children there’s Marfleet children’s centre, then when it’s time to move up to a primary school there’s Marfleet Primary Academy, Stockwell Academy and Southcoates Primary Academy. Then, when they reach 11, secondary schools include Malet Lambert and Aspire Academy. 

Liberty Rise is also the place to be for those who enjoy their sports and leisure activities. Nearby is Craven Park, the rugby league stadium home to Hull Kingston Rovers. By Car from Hull City Centre take the A63, follow Hedon Road passing Victoria and King George Docks towards Marfleet Lane. Take a left at the roundabout on to Marfleet Lane then left again on to Preston Road. You will find us on the left hand side opposite the Freedom Centre. 

From Kingswood take Wawne Road on to the B1237, head right on to the A165 Holderness Road and then turn left at the traffic lights on to Maybury Road before Continue on Maybury Road adn on the Marfleet Lane. Turn right at the traffic lights on to Preston Road. You will find us on the left hand side opposite the Freedom Centre.

From Sutton Park take Sutton Road and head over the flyover. Continue on to Ings Road and straight ahead at the traffic lights on to Maybury Road. It’s great news that life is returning to normal again with all COVID-19 restrictions being lifted in England. The health and safety of our customers and our people will always be our top priority, so with this in mind, we will continue to provide optional face coverings and hand sanitiser at our sales centres and showhomes.

Visits to our sales centres and showhomes are by appointment only and we are respectfully asking all visitors to observe the following safety measures.
