About the development

Jessop Park isn't your typical development of new homes. It has been designed to be something special.

Providing a habitat for wildlife and community use, Jessop Park will feature a wildlife corridor with water features and winding paths leading to adjacent green spaces. A Pollinator Park will sit centrally within the development, encouraging bats, birds, bees and other insects by providing a wide variety of rich pollinating plants. A community orchard will produce fruit for residents to enjoy, natural play areas will keep families entertained for hours, and public art spaces will enhance these open green spaces.

A development of 1 and 2-bedroom apartments, and 2, 3 and 4-bedroom houses, Jessop Park will launch in Summer 2020. Please register your interest using the 'make an enquiry' button to receive exclusive updates prior to launch.

With the Government's Help to Buy Scheme, your brand new home at The Parade is available from as little as 5% deposit.

About Bristol

Where else in Bristol can you benefit from views of the picturesque Dundry Hills, whilst being within walking distance of so many amenities, than in Hartcliffe.

Within a 10-minute walk, you can be enjoying a meal and film at Hengrove Leisure Park, or spending a day at Hengrove Park, with play equipment for children of all ages, a skate park, and cafe. There's also Hengrove Park Leisure Centre, with its 50m swimming pool, 180-station gym, creche facilities and cafe. For joggers and dog-walkers, there's Whitchurch Airport, a site steeped in World War II history.

Essential amenities in the area are vast, with several doctors and dentist surgeries nearby. M&S, Morrisons and Iceland are the major supermarkets that serve Hartcliffe, plus an array of large stores at Imperial Park. Jessop Park is within the catchment area for several good primary and secondary schools.

Excellent transport links exist for commuters. The number 75 bus runs approximately every 12 minutes from Hengrove to Cribbs Causeway, with a stop located directly outside the entrance to Jessop Park. The M5 can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Both the sales and the site teams were really good and they helped us with everything. This is the first home we have bought and they were fantastic in the way in which they supported and kept us up to date
