Prioritising safety during the pandemic
Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, we have remained focussed on the safety, health and wellbeing of our staff, sub-contractor partners and customers.
At the end of March 2020, as a responsible business, we took the decision to close our offices and sites, to ensure the safety of our people, customers and communities we work with.
Since then, we have worked strictly in line with Government guidance and industry best practice from the Construction Leadership Council (CLC) and Home Builders Federation (HBF).
With the UK Government’s encouragement to restart, we undertook a phased reopening, that prioritised people’s health and safety and respected the wishes of anyone who was vulnerable or felt unsafe to return to work.
