It’s very well planned out and interesting with the layout, the position of the houses and the different colour bricks they use.
The different range of houses, from a really light colour to an orangey brick colour, makes the development look really good, and the houses are much bigger in comparison to other developments we’ve seen. Looking at three bedroom houses at around the same price, we got bigger rooms, gardens and better features in Jubilee Gardens. My own house is lovely and planned out over 3 floors. The rooms aren’t just little and square; they are spacious and uniquely shaped, such as my L-shaped kitchen. That just makes it feel like a nicer home.
Jubilee Gardens is close to everything that a mum with a family would need.
I enjoy having the green spaces on the development. It looks like there will be front lawns in the front of each house and also lawns between the houses. They are planting up the area with shrubs and trees and that will feel good to live in. Everything is on hand so you don’t have to travel outside of the area for the basics. We have a couple of supermarkets on the same road, a nice little shop with a post office, a chemist and a garage. There’s a doctor on the corner with a dentist upstairs, and there are a couple of schools conveniently close too.
I’d definitely recommend Keepmoat
Because based on my experience I feel they would be good for anyone to deal with. In fact, I’ve already recommended them to a friend and she’s bought the same style house as me.
