About the development

Upton Place currently has a range of modern, yet contemporary 1 and 2 bedroom apartments and duplexes, ideal for first time buyers, couples, working professionals and small families, located just three miles from Northampton City Centre, and less than an hours train journey from London.

One of the UK’s most exciting new developments, Upton Place is part of a brand new community that is set to become one of the most desirable places to live in the country. Best of all you won’t need to break the bank to move there.

Upton itself was opened nine years ago by HRH The Prince of Wales as the regions first ‘eco’ development. Since then the area has gone from strength to strength and has been named as one of the top ten places to live outside London by the Telegraph newspaper.

Plus, with great offers like Help to Buy you could move in for less than you think.
