The local area

With the modern and vibrant centre of Liverpool so quick and easy to get to by car or public transport all your shopping, dining, entertainment and cultural needs are really well catered for. And at the end of the road you’ll find Speke Community Centre, Parklands Library and Parkland Playing field, which offers lots of space for the whole family to run around and burn off some energy. 

An ideal location for growing families, there’s a great choice of schools in the area. St. Christopher’s Catholic, Stockton Wood and Middlefield Community primary schools are all nearby. For older children, Halewood Academy is close to home.  

Out and about

Of course, with Liverpool so close to home, you’ll never run out of things to do. But there’s a lot more to this fantastic location than the bright lights of the city centre.

Head up the M57 and you can soon be at the regions famous coastline. The historic seaside towns of Formby, Southport and Lytham are perfect for day’s out. Or head further north for Blackpool.

Closer to home, Knowsley Safari Park is just a 15 minute drive away. If you’re looking for a great day out that’s a little on the wild side, this is for you! The 5 mile animal safari is the longest in the UK and is home to over 750 fascinating animals.
