Just half a mile away from the development is the local beauty spot, Chellow Dene. Here in this scenic wooded valley two large reservoirs were created in 1844 and 1853 to supply the the city of Bradford with fresh water. Today the area is a haven for wildlife, including the majestic heron. This area provides the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and it provided the ideal inspiration behind the name of the development.

At the southern end of the Yorkshire Dales it’s famous for its stunning countryside and dramatic moorland. Plus, the UNESCO World Heritage site of Saltaire is nearby too.
