Seriously though, I’ve been in the new build industry for 16 years, previous to working at Keepmoat I was at Persimmon Homes for ten years in various roles; Sales Administrator, Sales Progressor, Marketing Co-Ordinator, Part Exchange Manager and Sales Executive. I have also worked in estate agents so have an all round understanding of the sales process. I left working in an estate agency as I missed the fast pace way of working within the new build sector. It was an industry I fell in to by mistake but I ended up with the bug and now can’t imagine working in any other sector.

Top tip for moving day?
Always make sure that the first box you take to your new home has toilet roll, cups, kettle and refreshments. It’s hard work unpacking all your belongings so you will need these things handy for when you need a break.
