Get the look – Kids’ Bedroom

Are you after a fun bedroom look for your little explorer? Whether you’re on a budget or looking to splurge on the very best, we’ve shared a handful of lookalike finds so that you can recreate this playful, themed bedroom that your little one will adore.

Make bedtime more fun with a patterned duvet. The grey and blue shades compliment the colour palette used throughout the rest of the room and help to maintain a peaceful surrounding to help kids drift off to sleep, while the world map print adds to the adventure theme.

This world map reversible duvet set from Debenhams comes in at an affordable £15 and matches the colour theme in our show home perfectly.

For added entertainment, choose this colour-in world duvet set from Joules, priced at £29.95. When washed the ink disappears allowing for endless learning and colouring fun!

Wall prints

A few nice prints or some eye-catching wall art can break up the wallpaper and add another aspect of the room for your little one to discover.

You could cut the cost by just having one busy print. This framed art from Wayfair sticks with the theme and is just £33.99.

To add some extra adventure and added cosiness, consider these 3D animal heads available at Wayfair for £52.99 each.

Chest of drawers

A chest of drawers against a wall is the perfect opportunity to introduce a base colour that you can then work into the rest of the décor – and the perfect place to store all the essentials!

This almost exact copy is £140 from Argos.

To add extra detail to the room, this dresser from Wayfair has a cloud shape carved into the backboard, and is priced at £249.99.

The wallpaper is where you can work in yet another pattern to make the room even more exciting! In our show home, we’ve used the alphabet, but you could personalise to anything that would make your little one smile.

This almost exact match from Wallpaper Direct is £34 per roll.

For a slightly different design, this from John Lewis is £56 per roll and comes in a variety of colours if you wanted to personalise your room even more.

Sometimes it’s difficult to accessorise a children’s bedroom, but in-keeping with the adventurer theme, look no further than decorative suitcases. Top tip: they can also be used as toy storage!

These cute animal suitcases work perfectly with this theme and cost £38.99 from Wayfair.

For something a little bigger and more practical, this linen storage trunk with metal embellishments is £145 from habitat.
