    Our eagerly-awaited King’s Park is just a few minutes west of Corby and combines the peace of country living with the convenience of being close to everything you need. 

    The local Post Office and convenience store is in Danesholme, just half a mile from your door. There’s also a large Morrison supermarket less than a mile away.  

    In a few minutes you can be in the centre of Corby. Everything you need is right here. Shop your favourite high street stores at Willow Place or enjoy something to eat in the fantastic choice of restaurants and bars in the town. You can catch a show at the theatre in the stunning Corby Cube or a movie at the Savoy Cinema. 

    If you love enjoying the great outdoors, King’s Park is the perfect place for you. Kingswood Nature Reserve, the inspiration for the King’s Park name, is situated on the opposite side of the road. In this picturesque 32 hectare wood, which is managed by The Wildlife Trust, you can find a wide variety of plant and animal life, there are even guided walks available. 

    A great location for growing families, there’s a good choice of schools close to home. Kingswood Primary Academy is half a mile from the development. Beanfield Primary and Danesholme Junior and Infant Academy are also close to home. For older children, Kingswood Secondary Academy is next to King’s Park. 


    Out and about

    With so much, so close to home there’s always something to do. Nearby Wicksteed Park is a firm favourite with families. The park has over 30 exciting rides, including one of Europe’s longest zip wires, all in 147 acres of beautiful parkland. 

    Kirby Hall is 6.5 mile away and is one of England’s greatest Elizabethan houses and Rutland Water is about 30 minutes away by car. This huge reservoir is home to a wide variety of wildlife and if you’re feeling fit you can cycle all the way around its 25 mile perimeter. 

    Motorsport fans will be pleased to know that Rockingham Motor Speedway is just 6 miles away. Adrenaline Alley, the UK’s biggest urban street sports venue is just over 4 miles away. There’s a great choice of golf clubs in the area too.

    Local bus services stop outside the development and takes you into Corby in a matter of minutes. If you’re taking the car, King’s Park is near the A6003 Uppingham Road. This takes you quickly to the A43 towards Northampton. From Corby train station you can catch regular services to St Pancras International.
