Keepmoat Homes, the UK’s leading partnership home builder has announced the appointment of a new Regional Managing Director to relaunch and lead its West Midlands office.

Charlotte Goode, who joined Keepmoat Homes in 2017 has been promoted to the role of Regional Managing Director for the business’s soon to be relaunched West Midlands region, having previously served as Divisional Finance Director for the Midlands and the South since March 2018 and recently the interim Managing Director for the South West.

As the new Regional Managing Director for the West Midlands, Charlotte’s role will include relaunching the regional office and overseeing the delivery of a number of significant developments including the final phase of Walsall’s biggest regeneration scheme in Goscote.

Andy Mason, Divisional Chairman for Midlands and the South at Keepmoat Homes, said: “Last year we took the hard decision to close our West Midlands office and combine it with our East Midlands region. Since then we’ve seen growth in our land pipeline and with landmark schemes moving forward in Walsall, Coventry, Dudley and Telford it felt like the right time to relaunch our West Midlands region under Charlotte’s leadership.”

“I’ve worked closely with Charlotte in her previous role as Divisional Finance Director and know that she alongside the rest of the team will continue to work with our partners and customers as we look to further grow our business in the West Midlands.”

Commenting on her promotion Charlotte added:

“Having seen the Midlands and the South Division grow over the last 12 months I am delighted to have been given the opportunity to relaunch and lead our West Midlands business. Working with the team, to deliver transformational developments and much needed new homes across the region.”

Charlotte will be working with Shaun Fielding, Regional Managing Director for the East Midlands region to ensure a smooth transition and relaunch of the West Midlands region, with further details about Keepmoat Homes new West Midlands office to be announced in due course.
