Keystone Financing PLC announces that it has satisfied the conditions for the redemption of its 2019 senior secured notes
Keystone Financing PLC (the “Company”) today confirms that the condition set forth in the notice of conditional redemption issued on November 22, 2018 has been satisfied and that the Company will redeem all of the outstanding aggregate principal amount of 9.500% Senior Secured Notes due 2019, issued pursuant to the indenture dated as of October 3, 2014, on December 11, 2018.
