Shared Services Coordinator

 

Main Purpose of the role

This role provides a great opportunity to work within the Human Resources function and gain insight into many aspects of the business. The individual will report to the HR Shared Services Manager and will work closely with other members of the HR team to support the attraction, development and retention of our employees, as well as managing the company’s internal systems, being fully responsible for compliance and employee documentation, employee information and general administration.

 

Skills & Knowledge

  • Strong at building relationships with stakeholders (at manager and employee level)
  • Experience with HRIS systems is a distinct advantage
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and work to tight deadlines in a fast paced environment, as well as the ability to work under pressure with changing priorities
  • High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and high level of accountability are essential
  • Self-starter who sets priorities and drives deliverables to execution
  • Able to excel in a team, but also to work autonomously when necessary
  • Poise, maturity and strong interpersonal and presentation skills enabling you to deal professionally with, and influence stakeholders
  • Handle confidential information with complete integrity
