The pretty residential setting of Gedling provides the perfect location for our new Chase Farm development. With so much, so close to home, all your day-to-day needs are well catered for. A short walk from your door there’s a handy Sainsbury’s Local, or head into the centre of Gedling for a great selection of shops, a Coop supermarket, restaurants and a pub.

Just a couple of miles from Chase Farm is the bustling market town of Arnold. Everything you need is here, including high streets names, independent stores, banks, pubs, restaurants, leisure centre and theatre. Or you could pop into Victoria Retail Park in nearby Netherfield. You’ll find M&S Food, Next, Argos, Boots and many more here.

But there’s more to this location than great amenities. Bordering Gedling Country Park, you can enjoy the 240 acres of open spaces, fantastic wildlife and the many walking and cycling trails.
