Group Delivery Partner Manager KMH/CN/1319

Job description

Main purpose of the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Group Delivery Partner Manager to join us in this new role as part of our Group Land Function. This role will ideally be based from our head office near Doncaster, however there is a certain amount of flexibility with agile working, and the possibility for the candidate to be based from one of our other regional offices.

The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing relationships with delivery partners and funders to underpin our delivery resilience. They will Establish and maintain relationships with both key Registered Provider (RP) and Private Rent Sector (PRS) partners to facilitate additional workstream options, maintain strong relationships with existing partners and building new relationships with relevant partners that suit our geographical reach and product proposition.

The Group Delivery Partner Manager will also provide operational support to the regions looking to do deals with RPs and PRS operators, creating strong relationships with investment institutions and funding providers.

We are looking for an experienced individual who is used to working with RPs and PRS operators, investment institutions and other funding bodies (HE, LAs etc) and who has the knowledge, understanding and interest in the housing market and structuring deals to underpin delivery.
