It may have been a while since you bought a home. Or you could be an old hand. Whoever you are, and whatever help you need, we’re with you all the way.

Here’s what we do to make buying a Keepmoat home as easy and as enjoyable as possible from reservation to completion.  

Reserving your home

When you’ve found the perfect home, you can reserve it from as little as £250*. Your Home Sales Executive will guide you through all the steps.

Home User Guide

Once you’ve reserved your home, you’ll have access to our Home User Guide. It’s our free online hub that keeps all your important home information all in one place. From home warranties and user manuals for your appliances to details on the build stages of your home, it’s all in here.

Welcome meeting

Next you’ll be invited to your Welcome Meeting with the site manager. They’ll go through all the plans for your new home and you can select your options and any extras you might want to add.

Home demonstration

When your home is ready, and before legal completion, you’ll be invited for your home demonstration by your Home Sales Executive and Site Manager. They’ll explain all the normal things you can expect as your home settles into daily life. Plus, they’ll run through Keepmoat’s two year warranty and the NHBC or LABC ten year warranty. They’ll also show you how all the appliances work.

Document and key handover

This is the day you’ve been waiting for. When all the finances and paperwork is done, we’ll arrange for you to come in and sign a few documents and pick up your keys.

Courtesy visit

You don’t stop being a valued customer once the keys are handed over. Far from it. The day after you’ve moved in, your Home Sales Executive will pop around to make sure everything’s ok. Our customer care team will also be in touch to run through the support they can offer.
