There’s a great choice of supermarkets nearby. A large Asda and Tesco Extra are both just a few minutes’ drive away. Seacroft Green Shopping Centre and Crossgates Shopping Centre are both just a 1 minute drive away. There’s a great choice of shops and places to eat at Crossgates and with plenty of parking it’s easy to drop in whenever you fancy.   

If you enjoy an active lifestyle, this is the place for you. Fearnville Fields is just a couple of minute walk from the development. Fearnville Leisure Centre is also here. Or if you fancy a little sea air, the stunning Yorkshire coastline is easy to get to and perfect for a day out. And of course, this is an area that’s known for its natural beauty. Nidderdale Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the bordering Yorkshire Dales are breath taking on every level.
