Description: Bramall Construction has built 82 homes including
two-bedroom apartments and three and four-bedroom houses. The properties were the first in Britain to reach the Government's new
eco-rating (Sustainable Code Level 3). Two more were designed and built to Sustainable Code Level 4 - making them the most
environmentally-friendly in Britain. Each has solar panels, fully-filled 300mm cavities and the lowest heat loss possible on glazing, external doors and loft space. The homes also have fitted exhaust air heat pumps which convert dirty air into energy, providing hot water and central heating!

Around 55 of the houses are rented and the rest are in shared ownership.
