Description: Frank Haslam Milan (FHM) North East is working in partnership with Coast and Country Housing to carry out an £18 million new build scheme in Redcar.

Under the proposals, around 200 mixed tenure properties will be built for Coast and Country Housing on the Blaymoor / Burnmoor Estate in Redcar.

The two year project, which is due to commence in January 2009, will see new housing built for sale, rent and shared ownership.

As part of our successful track record when it comes to working in housing and regeneration partnerships, Coast and Country Housing aims to build better quality affordable homes more cost effectively and efficiently.
