We recommend that tenants are consulted throughout the project.

Keepmoat carries out an extensive programme of resident consultation and involvement, as well as providing detailed and easily accessible information handbooks and other materials.

At least five weeks before work starts on site, Open Days are held at a local venue where residents have the opportunity to meet our team, examine the available choices and ask questions.

In addition, Resident Liaison Officers are in regular contact at 28, 14 and 7 day intervals and then 24 hours before work commences. Liaison includes induction programmes, making special arrangements and providing information such as photographs, DVDs and contact details.
