After care

Keepmoat is committed to delivering quality workmanship for all our customers. Our aim - through consultation, involvement and partnership working with all our customers - is to get things right first time. However defects can sometimes arise.

Our Quality Management System and the Construction Lean Improvement Programme (CLIP) is aimed at taking rapid action to remedy any defects and to maintain consistently high standards.

Details of our aftercare service are given to all residents prior to work starting in their home. We talk to residents and provide clear information about using and maintaining any new products we have installed.

Each resident is also given a handover pack with details of the works carried out; contact details; a dedicated 24-hour customer care line; and information about the cleaning, maintenance and operation of any products installed.

Our aftercare team ensures that the appropriate person is allocated to do any further work and that necessary repairs are carried out.

We will always rectify any defects within an agreed timescale.

We also ensure continuous improvement in the aftercare service we provide by constantly measuring our performance against set targets, feedback and consultation.
